இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீக் தேசியத் தலைவர் முஜாஹிதேமில்லத் குலாம் மஹ்மூது பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிப் அவர்கள் இன்று மாலை 3:30 மணியளவில் மும்பையிலுள்ள அவரது இல்லத்தில் காலமானார்.

அன்னாரது வாழ்க்கைக் குறிப்பு பின்வருமாறு:-

ஆசிரியர் குலாம் மஹ்மூது பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிப் 1933ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் 15ஆம் தேதி மும்பையில் ஹாஜி நூர் முஹம்மது அவர்களின் மகனாகப் பிறந்தார்.
மும்பை பல்கலைக் கழகத்தில் எம்.காம். பி.எட். பட்டப்படிப்பை முடித்தார். 1954 முதல் 1962 வரை அஞ்சுமனே இஸ்லாம் உயர்நிலைப்பள்ளியில் ஆசிரியராகப் பணியாற்றினார். இக்காலகட்டத்தில் கண்ணியத்திற்குரிய காயிதெமில்லத் அவர்களைச் சந்தித்து இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீகில் தன்னை இணைத்துக் கொண்டார்.

சட்டமன்ற - பாராளுமன்ற பணிகள்:

மும்பை உமர்காடி சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதியிலிருந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு 1967 முதல் 1977 வரை மஹாராஷ்டிர சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினராக செயல்பட்டார்.

இக்காலகட்டத்தில் மஹாராஷ்டிர அரசு கருத்தடை சட்டம் பசுவதை சட்டம் வந்தேமாதரம் பாடல் கட்டாயம் பாட வேண்டும் என்றெல்லாம் சட்டம் கொண்டு வந்தபோது அவற்றை எதிர்த்து கையெழுத்து இயக்கம் உள்ளிட்ட அறப்போராட்டங்கள் நடத்தி அவற்றில் வெற்றியும் பெற்றார்.

இந்திய பாராளுமன்றத்திற்கு கேரள மாநிலம் பொன்னானி தொகுதியிலிருந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு 1971 முதல் 1991 வரையிலும் 1996 முதல் 2004 வரையிலும் உறுப்பினராக இருந்தார்.

ஷரீஅத் சட்டத்திற்கெதிரான ஷாபானு வழக்கு நடைபெற்றபோது இந்திய பாராளுமன்றத்தில் தலைவர் ஜி.எம்.பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிப் எடுத்து வைத்த வாதங்களும் ஷரீஅத் பற்றிய தெளிவுரையும் பாராளுமன்ற வரலாற்றில் பொன்னெழுத்துக்களால் பதிக்கப்பட்டவை. தனிநபர் மசோதா மூலம் (டீயயெவறயடய டீடைட) ஷரீஅத் சட்டம் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட பெருமை தாய்ச்சபை இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீகையே சாரும்.

பாராளுமன்றத்தில் அலிகர் சர்வ கலாசாலையில் சிறுபுன்மையினர் அந்தஸ்தைப் பாதுகாத்தல் அஸ்ஸாமிய முஸ்லிம்களின் குடியுரிமை அயோத்தி பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து வழிபாட்டுத் தலங்களும் இந்தியா சுதந்திரம் அடைந்தபோது இருந்த நிலையிலேயே பாதுகாக்கப்பட வேண்டும்... முஸ்லிம்கள் மீதான தீவிரவாத முத்திரை அகற்றப்பட வேண்டும்... வக்ஃப் சொத்துக்கள் பாதுகாப்பு மகளிர் இடஒதுக்கீடு மசோதா தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு சட்டம் ஜாமிஆ மில்லியா இஸ்லாமிய பல்கலைக் கழக மசோதா ராம்புர் ரஜா நூலக மசோதா மவ்லானா ஆஸாத் தேசிய உர்தூ பல்கலைக் கழக மசோதா வாரணாசி பேர்ணாம்பட் ஜாம்ஷெட்புர் முஜப்புர் உள்ளிட்ட நகரங்களில் நிகழ்ந்த இனக்கலவரங்கள் மத்திய - மாநில அரசுப் பணிகளில் முஸ்லிம்களின் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் உர்தூ மொழிக்கான குஜ்ரால் குழு கேரள மாநிலம் மலப்புரம் மக்களின் மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட விவாதங்களில் ஜி.எம்.பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிப் எடுத்து வைத்த வாதங்கள் அனைவராலும் பாராட்டப்பட்டவை.

பாராட்டுகள்:

பெருந்தலைவர் ஜி.எம்.பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிபிற்கு சென்னை முஸ்லிம் அமைப்புகளால் 'சிறந்த சமூக சேவகர் தங்கப்பதக்க விருது தமிழக முதல்வர் டாக்டர் கலைஞர் அவர்களால் வழங்கப்பட்டது. பன்னாட்டு நண்பர்கள் சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் 'விஜய் ஸ்ரீ விருது குட்ச் சக்தீ சார்பில் 'சமாஜ்ரத்னா விருது சிறந்த பாராளுமன்றவாதிக்கான 'மவ்லானா பஜ்ருல் ஹக் கைராபாதி விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இந்தியா டுடே இதழில் - சிறந்த பாராளுமன்றவாதிகளில் பத்தில் ஒருவராக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டார். 'பயானீர் இதழில் தேர்ந்த பாராளுமன்றவாதிகளில் 12 நபர்களில் ஒருவராகத் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டார். ஷரீஅத் சட்ட மசோதா மீது விவாதம் நடந்தபோது தமிழக முஸ்லிம்களால் 'முஜாஹிதேமில்லத் என்ற பட்டம் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

பொறுப்புகள்:

காயிதெமில்லத் பாபகி தங்கள் இப்றாஹீம் சுலைமான் சேட் ஆகியோருக்குப் பின் இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீகின் தேசியத் தலைவராக இதுகாலம் வரை பணியாற்றி வந்தார். இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீகின் அரசியல் கூட்டணியான மிலலி ஜம்ஹீரி மஹஜ் மஜ்லிஸே இத்திஹாதே முஸ்லிமீன் முஸ்லிம் மஜ்லிஸ் ஆகியவற்றின் தலைவராகவும் பணியாற்றி இருக்கிறார்.

முஸ்லிம் தனியார் சட்ட வாரியத்தின் நிர்வாகக் குழு உறுப்பினராக இன்று வரை பணியாற்றி வந்தார். அலிகர் சர்வ கலாசாலை ஆட்சிக்குழு இந்திய அரசின் பொன்விழாக் குழு மஹாராஷ்டிரா தேசிய ஒருமைப்பாட்டுக் குழு உள்ளிட்ட குழுக்களின் உறுப்பினராகவும் மும்பை அமைதிக்கான நீதித்துறையின் நீதிபதியாகவும் முஸ்லிம் ஆம்புலன்ஸ் சங்கத்தின் துணைத் தலைவராகவும் அஞ்சுமனே இஸ்லாம் பொருளாதாரப் பள்ளியின் தலைவராகவும் கச்சி மேமன் ஜமாஅத் மாணவர் வட்டத்தின் தலைவராகவும் மற்றும் பல்வேறு அறக்கட்டளைகளின் அறங்காவலராகவும் பணியாற்றி இருக்கிறார் - பணியாற்றியும் வருகிறார்.

வெளியீடுகள்:

'மார்க்கமும் - அரசியலும் 'சுதந்திரத்திற்குப் பின் முஸ்லிம் லீக் ஆகிய புத்தகங்களை அவர் எழுதியிருக்கிறார். கட்டுரைகள் பிரசுரங்கள் பல வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறார்.
பயணித்த நாடுகள்:

புனித ஹஜ் கடமையை நிறைவேற்றியிருக்கிறார். இரண்டு முறை உம்றா செய்திருக்கிறார். அமெரிக்கா இங்கிலாந்து பிரான்ஸ் ரோம் ஜெர்மனி மால்டா துருக்கி சைப்ரஸ் ஆஸ்திரேலியா நார்வே பாகிஸ்தான் ஸவுதி அரபிய்யா ஐக்கிய அரபு அமீரகம் மற்றும் குவைத் ஆகிய நாடுகளுக்கு சமுதாயத்தின் பிரதிநிதியாக அவர் பயனித்திருக்கிறார்.

இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீக் தேசியத் தலைவர் குலாம் மஹ்மூது பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிப் அவர்கள் மஹாராஷ்டிரா சட்டமன்றத்திலும் இந்திய பாராளுமன்றத்திலும் ஆற்றிய உரைகள் தொகுக்கப்பட்டு நூலாக இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீக் நிறுவன தினமான மார்ச் 10ஆம் தேயன்று சென்னையில் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.

கடந்த ஜூன் 2021 தேதிகளில் சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீகின் 60ஆம் ஆண்டு நிறைவு மணிவிழா மாநாட்டில் கலந்துகொண்டதே அவரது கடைசி நிகழ்ச்சியாயிற்று.

எல்லாம்வல்ல அல்லாஹ் மறைந்த முஜாஹிதெமில்லத் ஜி.எம்.பனாத்வாலா ஸாஹிபின் நற்பணிகளை கபுல் செய்து அவர்களின் பிழைகளைப் பொறுத்து உயர்வான சுவனத்தைத் தந்தருள்வானாக ஆமீன்.

தாய்ச்சபையின் அனைத்து உறுப்பினர்களும் மர்ஹூம் அவர்களின் மஃபிரத்திற்காக துஆ செய்யுமாறு இந்திய யுனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீகின் தலைமை நிலையம் உங்களை அன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது.

discussed about many bad & good events happend in India ...

I was very much interested in reading the news from this site daily
because it talk more about islam and the way to live in Islam and even
I have corrected my self more ...

But today I read a mail from Brother S. Shameem regarding Mohamed Ali
Jinnah,
I accept Jinnah is one of our great leaders who fougth for freedom but
I feel bad when he tried to say some bad comments on our Indian
Leader ...

I believe in that as I born, follow and Live as a muslim even though
till date India is my country which gave me Education ... India is my
country which gave me an opportunity to explore my self in front of
the world ... India is my country which gave me an Identifction to
this world that I am from a very peacful & repectable country ...
India is my country which gave me an job to live..

I so feel talking about there country (Pakistan) leaders is not good
in this site ...

On 27th Mohamed Gajali has send mail about Maulana Azad ... I can
accept the leaders who were with us after Independence ... we can talk
about what they have done for us .. not about the others...
If you want to know about more islamic leaders there are many leaders
around the world then talk about them also..

So I kindly request the moderate to filter such mail or remove me from
your list... I tried to unsubscribe but I am unable to do..

Before propogating or spreading a hadith, any article involving Islam and its tenet, please verify its authenticity and if found right, please spread the message. If not, please delete the email and educate the senders not to spread false information about our muslim ummah, who are already confused on small unwanted issues.

Else, on the day of judgement, we will be found accountable before our Rabb, Allah swt to whom we have to answer. There are ample of correct islamic information present both online and in the midst of our islamic scholars.

If you are not capable of finding the correct information, atleast send it to a learned brother who can perform a check and if found right, you can spread the right message, for which you will also receive Ajar, from Allah swt.

Already there is lot of nonsense spread against our Deen, and this will make our enemies more happy. This is my humble and sincere advice to the brothers who are managing the yahoo groups IMANTIMES.

First of all, we never know that, this presentation is made by Shia or Sunni followers, but the contents are true as evidenced by authentic sources.

Secondly, no where it is mentioned in the presentation, our Prophet (Sal) died at Seyyidha Fathima (Ral) house.
The prophet (Sal) spent his last moments at Ummahathul Mo'mineen Aysha (Ral) house only but the former was presented at that time.

Unfortunately, I could not elaborate these sensitive topics as I am still learning theologies. Moreover, I had listened to a few religious scholars' lectures particularly on this subject. If you are interested, you can contact me on my mobile.

அது என்ன தவ்ஹீத் ஜமாத், அஹ்லே ஹதீஸ், சுன்னத் வல் ஜமாத். இதற்கெல்லாம் அல்லாஹ்வும் அவனது தூதரும் அனுமதி கொடுத்தார்களா?. இதுவே இஸ்லாத்தின் அடிப்படைகளைத் தகர்ப்பதாகாதா.?

இந்த மார்க்கம் முதலில் தனிமனிதனைச் செம்மைப்படுத்த வந்த மார்க்கம். இவர்களே செம்மைப் படாதபோது குடும்பம், பிள்ளை குட்டிகள், அண்டை அயலார், சமுதாயம் எங்கே செம்மையுற முடியும். இவர்கள் கூட்டம் சேர்க்கவும் தங்களது வாதத்திறமைகளைக் கான்பிக்கவும் அல்ல.

நல்லவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வை உண்மையில் அஞ்சுபவர்கள் இத்தகையவர்களை விட்டு ஒதுங்கியே இருப்பார்கள்.

நாம் ஒவ்வொருவரும் மறுமையில் தனித்தே விடப்படுவோம். இந்த ஜமாத்தலைவர்கள் தங்களைக்காப்பாற்றிக் கொள்வதே சிரமம். இவர்களக்கு வக்காலத்து வாங்கவோ துனை போகவோ செய்தால் நாம் இறைவனின் தண்டனையில் இருந்து தப்ப முடியாது.

விழிப்புணர்வு பெறுங்கள். இஸ்லாத்துக்கு உதவாவிட்டலும் பரவாயில்லை, அழிக்க முயல் பவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு தராதீர்கள்.

i have recieved a lot of useful mails from you. But then the mail which i recieved now its kind of shocking to me. its because the HOLY QURAN was to be sold for such a high price. I didn't want to metion that selling the HOLY QURAN for such a high price though its old one is wrong but then i just wanted to say that the person who sells is interested more in the money than the HOLY QURAN. Everyone in this world is more interested in money but money for HOLY QURAN is little odd. so its my opinion to stop forwarding these kind of mails.

Please do reply me and correct me if i have mentioned anything wrong, as ALLAH gives the reward for a person who corrects his brothers mistakes for the sake of ALLAH. INSHA ALLAH do duva for the whole ISLAMIC community to prevent ourselves from all the bad deeds and enter Al-Jannah.

சென்னையில் சைதை துரைசாமி நிறுவியுள்ள மனிதநேய அறக்கட்டளை ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., ஐ.பி.எஸ். தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களுக்காக இலவச பயிற்சி அ‌ளி‌த்து வருகிறது. இந்த பயிற்சியில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் மாணவர்களுக்கு உணவு, உறைவிடம், பாட நூல்கள், யோகா பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள், சீருடைகள், போக்குவரத்து வசதிகள் என அனை‌த்து‌ம் இலவசமாக வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

கட‌ந்த ஆ‌ண்டு இ‌ந்த அமை‌ப்‌பி‌ல் ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., ஐ.பி.எஸ். தேர்வுக்கு 100 மாணவர்களுக்கு இலவசமாக பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டது. அதில் 12 பேர் தேர்வு பெற்றுள்ளனர். இது மட்டுமல்லாமல், தமிழ்நாடு தேர்வாணையக்குழு நடத்தும் துணை மாவ‌ட்ட ஆ‌ட்‌சிய‌ர், காவ‌ல்துறை துணை சூப்பிரண்டு போன்ற குரூப்1 பணிகளுக்கான முதல்நிலை தேர்விலும் 22 மாணவர்கள் வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

கடந்த மே மாதம் இந்த மையத்தின் சார்பில் 90 மாணவர்கள் முதல் நிலை தேர்வு எழுதியுள்ளனர். இந்த தேர்வு முடிவுகள் ஆகஸ்டு மாதம் முதல் வாரத்தில் வெளியாகிறது. இவர்களுக்கான முதன்மை தேர்வு பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் ஜூலை முதல்வாரத்தில் தொடங்கப்படுகிறது.

2009ம் ஆண்டு மே மாதம் நடைபெற உள்ள ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்., ஐ.பி.எஸ்., முதல்நிலை தேர்வுக்காக புதிய மாணவர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, அவர்களுக்கு இந்த மையம் சார்பில் இலவச பயிற்சி தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது. இதற்காக 8 மாதம் தொடர்ந்து மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும். இந்த இலவச பயிற்சியில் சேருவதற்கு குறைந்தபட்ச வயது 21 ஆகும். ஏதாவது ஒரு பட்டப்படிப்பை முடித்திருக்க வேண்டும். பள்ளி, கல்லூரிகளில் சிறந்து விளங்கிய கிராமப்புற மாணவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும்.

இந்த பயிற்சியில் சேருவதற்கான நுழைவுத்தேர்வு சென்னை, மதுரை, நாகர்கோவில், வேலூர், கரூர், ஈரோடு, திருச்சி ஆகிய இடங்களில் நடத்தப்படும்.

நேர்முகத்தேர்வு சென்னையில் நடைபெறும். இந்த நுழைவுத்தேர்வு ஜூலை மாதமும், பயிற்சியின் தொடக்கம் ஆகஸ்டு மாதமும் நடைபெறும்.

நுழைவுத்தேர்வு 2 தாள்கள் கொண்டதாக இருக்கும். முதல்தாளில் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து குறிக்கும் வினாக்களும், 2வது தாளில் கட்டுரை வடிவிலான வினாக்களும் இடம்பெறும். மொத்தம் 300 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு வினா கொடுக்கப்படும்.

இதில் பொதுஅறிவு, இந்திய வரலாறு, புவியியல், அரசியல், பொது அறிவியல், நடப்பு நிகழ்வுகள், பொருளாதாரம், பொது ஆங்கிலம், தமிழ் இலக்கிய வரலாறு ஆகிய பாடங்களில் இருந்து வினாக்கள் கேட்கப்படும்.
